ACE Camp 2009
your ticket to the future!
Aviation Career Education (ACE) Camp
promises you one of the most exciting times of your life! If you think you
might like a career in aviation, this is your chance to find out what its
all about.
You'll be treated to experiences you've only
dreamed about! Your teachers, flight instructors, and camp counselors will
introduce you to a wide variety of possible aviation careers, and let you
take the controls of an aircraft.
ACE (day) Camp is open to any student entering 7th, 8th or 9th grade
who has an interest in aviation. So plan to join us on July 13 through
July 17, 2009. Size is limited to 24 campers and
registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students entering their sophomore year are eligible to apply for either
the ACE (day) Camp or ACE (overnight) Camp. They will be accepted into those
camps on a space available basis only.
ACE (overnight) Camp is open to any student entering
his or her junior or senior year in high school who has an interest in a
career in aviation. Whether you have previous flight experience or not, our flight instructors
will take you to the next level. So plan to join us on August 3
- 7, 2009. Size is limited to 120 campers and
registration is
on a first-come, first-served basis.
Daniel Webster College is known nationally as one of the most respected
collegiate aviation programs in the country. The college is a private institution
providing education in aviation, business and management, computer sciences,
engineering, and social sciences. The Aviation program
offers bachelors degrees in aviation management, air traffic management,
and flight operations (professional pilot training), that equip students
for careers as aviation professionals. In conjunction with the School of
Business, Daniel Webster College also offers an online MBA for Aviation
Professionals.
ACE Camp is sponsored by Daniel Webster College in cooperation with the
Federal Aviation Administration, New Hampshire Department of Transportation
(Division of Aeronautics) and Eagle Flight Incorporated of East Orange,
New Jersey.
