Eagles Sweep Suffolk to Move to 3-0
 

Boston – Freshman Amanda Wilson (Merrimack, N.H.) notched a match high seven kills and added 10 digs, while Caitlyn DiPierro (Billerica, Mass.) added 12 assists, three kills, three service aces and two blocks leading the Daniel Webster College women’s volleyball team past host Suffolk University, 3-0 Tuesday night.

The win kept the Eagles undefeated on the early season as they improved to 3-0 overall.

The Eagles survived a tight 26-24 set one victory before rallying for a 25-22 set two win and closed out the match 25-19 in set three.

Kristina Reiger (Concord, N.H.) added a match best 16 digs along with two blocks for the Eagles, who return to action Saturday as they open NECC play with a tri-match at Southern Vermont College where they will also play Mitchell College. The matches kick off at 11:00 a.m.
