Eagles Swept By Wentworth
 

Boston, Mass. - The Daniel Webster College women's volleyball dropped a 3-0 decision to host Wentworth Institute of Technology Thursday night.

Match scores for the Leopards was 25-16, 25-10, 25-15.

Kristina Rieger (Concord, N.H.) led the Eagles with six kills and two blocks, while Amanda Wilson (Merrimack, N.H.) added three kills.

The Eagles return to action Saturday with two pivotal NECC matches. The Eagles face Newbury at 10:00 a.m. and Elms College at 2:00 p.m. Newbury and Elms face off about Noon in the middle match.

The Eagles will be looking to guarantee a spot in the upcoming inaugural NECC championship tournament with at least one victory.
